Returns can be made within 3 days of delivery. After that all sales are final. You must contact Best Electric Bikes via e-mail prior to returning products. NO EXCEPTIONS! Products must be in UNUSED, WORKING condition. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling to and from Best Electric Bikes cannot be refunded. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. All products come with a 90 day Best Electric Bikes manufacturer’s warranty which ONLY covers manufacturer defects.
Deposits on Custom Orders are Non-Refundable.
Please see our Assembly Manual. If you are not confident in your mechanical skills on how to assemble the bike, please consult a bicycle mechanic. Improperly assembled bicycles can void the warranty. In addition, if you modify the bicycle in anyway you will also void the warranty.
Shipping Time — Most orders received before 5:00 PM EST will ship within 5 – 7 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. This will give us the time to assemble your bike to your specifications, thoroughly inspect your product, test for safety issues and properly pack your bike for shipping. We have learned from experience that rushing this process only results in possible malfunction and possible damage during shipping. Our goal is to minimize returns due to defective components and / or damage during the shipping process.
Best Electric Bikes cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Best Electric Bikes and Bike Parts or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
The Best Electric Bikes Made Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Best Electric Bikes Made Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Please inspect your packaging upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred in shipping. If you see any damage take photographs, and call us immediately so we can file a claim if necessary. Please do not remove the bike until we file a claim with FedEx.
We will do everything in our power to honor the 1-year warranty on parts and ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you have a defective part, you must return it to us before we can send you a replacement part. A chargeback to your credit card company is not a method of correcting a warranty issue as you already have your electric bike. We consider charge-backs as a form of theft when you already have your merchandise and will prosecute them to the full extent of the law where our company is located: Lexington County, South Carolina.
Best Electric Bikes, LLC is a limited liability corporation located in Lexington, South Carolina. Any legal action taken against the company, or its employees or owners must be in the jurisdiction of Lexington County, South Carolina.
